No. All of my functional designs should be hand-washed with dish soap and a soft sponge.

No. Any hot liquid such as coffee or soup could (and probably will) crack my functional designs.

Sometimes. Glass repair and restoration can be a very time-consuming and expensive process but I am open to discussing a project like this. Submit inquiries at the custom link at the top of my website.

Lead time can differ greatly from product to product. Some are made to order others are stocked in my studio. I will always do my best to provide an accurate timeframe when you make your purchase.

No. All sales are final.

Buyer must inspect their entire order upon receipt. I must be notified of damages due to shipping or otherwise within 48 hrs to process a claim. Email me immediately at the link below with a description of the damages (Including photos) so that I may contact your shipping carrier.
